Head – Project Delivery Management
The Head – Project Delivery Management is responsible for driving projects from initial customer order to final client sign-off. This role ensures optimal project cash flow and timely customer deliverables by implementing “First Time Perfect” quality standards of operation.
KEY
Strategic Planning: Review and analyze contractual terms, commercial clauses, and payment schedules. Design an optimized Project Delivery Schedule to minimize working capital exposure by accelerating milestone billing and collection to achieve the best possible cash conversion cycles.
Implementation: Execute the project plan by implementing “First Time Perfect” quality standards of operation. Proactively mitigate risks and roadblocks to safeguard project schedules, payments, and overall profitability.
Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor team performance to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables. Report comprehensive project metrics and operational results to executive management on a regular basis.
PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGEMENT TEAM SIZE
ELIGIBILITY
Overall Experience: Overall 15 years of experience in project management and execution.
Role Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct experience handling a Project Delivery Management leadership role.
Preferred Domain: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) or related technical project domain.
